A rumour has been laid out to the media from the music industry that Jay z’s longtime manager PHIL MCINTYRE has been working on raising new musicians in addition to the successful ones he has brought up. The young musicians he is bringing up are yet to be identified except one, whose stage name is PANGY GENERAL.

It is said to be that the business talk between PANGY GENERAL and PHIL MCINTYRE has been going on for just a little while, but a fire of success has already start burning between them in just that little while.
PANGY GENERAL is said to be a Jamaican singer. Also, he has caught the the musical eye of THE CARTERS, which might lead to them collaborating with PANGY GENERAL. Hopefully, we would be expecting that, and it might be the best collabo of all time and also a multi hit on the Billboard.
Lately, there was an in door meeting between PHIL MCINTYRE, KAZ HIRAI (the CEO of Sony Music entertainment) and JAY Z. It is said that they are preparing on making a Tour happen this year 2019. The Tour would be for the uprising of both young musicians and infamous musicians.

In addition, are the skills he has shown of self-discipline and self-confidence, dedication, patience, perseverance, team mentality, flexibility, openness, among other skills, all of which he has inherited from a strong family background.
Pangy is the epitome of humble beginnings; his late mom, as well his dad, had prepared him for this great opportunity. His manager has helped mould a hardworking performer and these have inevitably helped to pushed his career.
